By registering for CommitCon 2026, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Non-Refundable Tickets
   
   
   • Tickets purchased as the grinder pass are non-refundable. If I am unable to attend, I may transfer my ticket (The hustler and The Power player passes only) to another person by notifying the event organizer in writing at least 7 days before the event.
     
     
2. Media Release
   
   
   • I understand that photographs, video, and audio will be taken during CommitCon 2026.
     
     
   • By attending, I grant CommitCon and its partners the right to use my image, likeness, voice, and name in any media, without compensation, for promotional and educational purposes.
     
     
3. Assumption of Risk & Hold Harmless
   
   
   • I acknowledge that participation in any in-person event carries risks (including illness, injury, or property loss).
     
     
   • I voluntarily assume these risks and agree to hold harmless CommitCon, its organizers, sponsors, speakers, and venue from any liability, claims, or damages that may arise.
     
     
4. Code of Conduct
   
   
   • I agree to conduct myself professionally and respectfully toward fellow attendees, speakers, staff, and sponsors. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in removal without refund.
     
     
5. Communication Consent
   
   
   • I agree to receive event-related communications via email and/or text.
